Do I need to bring a Bible?

If you own a Bible you will want to bring it.  It is our pattern to study through whole books of the Bible, so, our pastors will refer to it often – and even encourage you to mark it up as your life-textbook.

If you don’t have a Bible, our ushers will make them available just before the Bible study begins.  Also, if you don’t own a Bible and would like one, we would count it a privilege to gift you with your first one.  Talk with one of our ushers or pastors before or after the service, and we’ll be happy to give you a Bible.

Our pastor teaches from what is known as the English Standard Version of the Bible.  If you have another version you are used to or prefer, bring it along. The differences from version to version are mostly minor.  Having a ESV translation will simply make it easier to follow along when our pastors read or point out the wording in a particular verse or passage.

One more thing… many of the members of our fellowship use their smartphone or tablet as their Bible. We do provide guest WiFi in our worship center if you use YouVersion or another free Bible app.
